And, to be honest, if it weren't for the former Spice Girl, not very many people over here would have any clue who David Beckham was. Unless the followed English "football".
Mark, for example, could possibly spout off a list of famous footballers and I won't know who any of them are, with the exceptions of Becks and Ashley Cole. And Wayne Rooney.
Victoria Beckham...is a former Spice Girl. And David Beckham is "that soccer player who married a Spice Girl".

over here its the other way around. david beckham is the hugh football player (or soccer) who married posh spice. how have you herad of ashley cole? has it got some thing to do with sheryl tweedy?

Well I hadn't heard of David Beckham til he married stickthin frown-alot... could be cos I can't stand football so try to avoid it all. Dunno who Ashley Cole is either... or Sheryl Tweedy...

It's Cheryl Cole, actually. And, yes, that's how I know who he is.
He and Beckham are, like, The Metrosexual Twins.
I also believe Victoria Beckham might be a robot... Actually, no, I have seen her smile. On television.
But if you had cameras flashing in your face, practically 24/7 and people who don't even know you from Adam writing rumors and speculation about you, I don't think you'd be smiling much, either.

as far as Victoria goes..I've got this thought...she seemed more human way back when...like...if you watch Spice World(poor example I know)and old old interviews with them she looks and acts so much more alive...now she's more like a wind up doll...
she can be Cyborg Spice....

yer your right annie, i was watching victoria beckham coming to america the other day, and she was like a robot, cant cook, cant clean, cant open the door, and wanting to wear high heels on a baseball field was just stupid. it did make me laugh though.
