I listened to full 12 tracks Night Mode album (by chance) and I'd like to share them with you guys Body rock 3.05 Big 3.34 Could you ever 3.21 Do to me 2.59 Faith in me 3.44 Kiss from a ghost 3.54 Night mode 3.37 Play dirty 3.12 Smokin' 3.24 The idea 3.04 Tip it 3.18 Turn me on 3.38 I love all of the tracks except for Night Mode!!!! Although Diet Coke always be my fav MS Lynch's track but when they remixed and released it as Night Mode, I prefer Diet Coke. Diet Coke is drastically catchier than Night Mode. For me, Night mode is like the club remix version, Diet Coke shoulda been released!! (Hope the mv will help the track / I wish they called Stargate to re-remix it as single version). The lyrics in the middle 8 of Diet Coke song was changed too! Ms Me and Halo were retitled to "Do To Me" and "Faith in me" I think "Could you ever love" and "Yesterday" were retitled to "Could you ever" and "Kiss from a ghost" (I've never listen to the demos but they sang could you ever and yesterday very often in the tracks so I guess they are!!) Play Dirty and Tip it were not be retitled and I like the album remix My fav traks are Body Rock, Big, and The idea, I think they are the most catchiest tracks. I've solved the mystery of where all this is coming from, I can't explain because obviously the songs are not wanted out there yet, I will say this though, if anything appears on this site in the way of links or downloads, it will be removed immediately and you will be banned from the site and reported for copyright infringement. And jamesyboy unless you were given those 30 second clips you've kinda just admitted to illegally downloading them!

Actually no, what I have done wasn't illegal.
The girls management have put the songs up on a public website by accident. i just found out they weren't meant to be made publically so I have removed the links.

Everybody does it James, and maybe there is a slight loop hole that excists where you can try and jazz it up and call it legal but it is still illegally downloading music, and yes they were publically available to LISTEN to but not pull off the site, and as you cut and edited the songs into 30 second clips, it gave it away. Although you should get credit for not publically sharing the link and not putting all the songs online in full.

I don't mean to be rude, but whats the difference when you upload the barbarella interviews from different TV shows to youtube? Its not originally your own content yet you upload it?

Nothing and technically its copyright infringment too and I hold my hands up to that, the difference is tv stations dont inforce it because they dont lose any money where as bands do.
Im not saying you did anything wrong I was just pointing out that maybe you shouldnt have had a paper trail leading back to you. If you do it, dont tell people.
Personnally I thinks fans get screwed every which way they can by most bands with over priced merchandise and ridiculously priced concert tickets and they say those prices gave gone up because of illegal downloads, bulls**t the price has gone up because they realised that if you get a fan hooked they'll pay anything, so in my opinion I like downloads, as long as you support the bands you really care about. And Barbarellas will always get my support.

Yeah I definetly support the girls which is why I didn't upload the tracks to youtube. Most websites who sell records will have 30 second snippets on their site so people can preview the songs which is why I did it. I thought that if the mp3s had already gone online then a 30 second clip wouldn't be anything major. I thought it would let people hear the songs, encourage them to go to the tour and hopefully buy the album.
