12 tracks of night mode album

Its been removed for obvious reasons.

I think we are gonna have to agree to disagree here, looking at the page it was on, it was obvious that it was not intended for the public, whether it was uploaded by management or not. And whilst I agree the 30 seconds clips were not a big issue there are other people around (some of whom I know) that would not have been as nice as you and would have ripped the songs purely to send them to everyone else, which would have crippled the album release. That is why managment were informed and you were asked to remove everything.

The thing was, some Welsh radio station was meant to be playing Faith In Me and Night Mode so I just searched the net to see if they were online and when I came across the links I thought maybe they had uploaded the whole album. The user name was B*arbarellas or something like that so then I thought maybe it was supposed to be up.

Nick emailed me and said that they shouldn't have been up and asked if I was able to take them offline, which obviosly I did coz I don't want to cause any trouble with Keavy or Edele (or any one else for that matter)

But it looks like everything is sorted ande the album won't be leaked =]

Yes it has all been sorted now, and you've probably already worked this out but I was the one who emailed Nick, to make sure the leak was contained, and I did direct him to your site when he asked if I knew who else had seen that website. It was nothing personal and the initial email had nothing to do with you but when he asked I told him what I knew.

I think "Could you ever love" and "Yesterday" were retitled to "Could you ever" and "Kiss from a ghost" (I've never listen to the demos but they sang could you ever and yesterday very often in the tracks so I guess they are!!)
