So it seems we have another Saw series on our hands,Paranormal Activity achieved massive popularity in the states a couple years ago,the second came out last year around halloween and now we'll have a third installment as another prequel to the prequel that came before it...

so what does everyone think? have you seen the first two films? Were you freaked out by the first? Is this series lame? Let's get talking people! Either way you'll see my formal yet un-needed review in October when it comes out. I'm a glutton for punishment,I'll have a comment about the worst movie ever in life because I'll be the one who takes time to sit and watch lol

I like the series so far because it brings an old concept in a new way to the table. Though with something like this I feel if they don't push forward in time soon it'll get sour and die out.

I still don't get the hype behind the first one, so I don't see much point in the sequels.

Maybe it's just me, but the first one was hyped up to be one of the scariest movies of that year, and it didn't scare me.
And the ending didn't really fit in to the rest of the story.

I don't think they expected it to be this big. For real,they're trying to be blair witch about it....between the two I liked Blair Witch more but I like the structure of Paranormal Activity better because the camera isn't moving around the way BWP does.
Paranormal made me giggle...it had a few shock moments but other than that the ending sorta sucked...did the demon eat the camera?
I liked the version better where she was in the room after killing the guy and the cops come in and shoot her.
