I'm pretty sure this performance was the first time I became aware of B*witched, IIRC this was the saturday before C'est la Vie was released. Its funny to see it now, it takes me back best part of 13 years If you look behind Jamie and Zoe doing their piece to camera afterwards someone hands Keavy a cuddly toy !!! ;D

I really like watching them dance, compared to a lot of other groups around that time there wasn't a whole lot of dancing, and the fact that the girls were so on point with everything is still awesome to see.

My first impression of the girls was that they were approachable. That hasn't since changed. But I never really thought they were as squeaky-clean as they were portrayed. Not that I thought they were a bunch of Guinness-guzzling sl*t-bags. I'm just saying, I thought there was a bit more depth to them.

Yeah I think the whole media created image thing was so unnecessary, all that lying about ages and "we only drink milk" stuff was just laughable. I always got the impression that all 4 girls were pretty sound people, you never got the feeling any of them had their heads up their own rear ends or tended towards diva-ness. They were 4 girls who loved doing what they loved doing and that really did shine through and nothing seems to have changed with Keavy and Edele now

I get why they did the milk bit, considering their fan base was mostly kids under 12 when they first started. So that makes sense even if it was kind of lame. I always figured, they can like milk all the want and that's cool but that won't make me drink more of it than I need to...not a huge milk fan... The age thing was always strange and to me at least it didn't really matter,as long as the music was good. Loved their look because it was like erin said,approachable,like...if I were to see them across the street I wouldn't freak out or think they're super wh*res...whereas if I saw the spice girls across the street I'd be like...."Whaaaaaat....?"

That may be why I wasn't as shocked as some people were when they started to change their image. In hindsight, it may not have been a good career move for B*witched, given their perceived image. But it suits the twins just fine now. And if they want to be sexy, let 'em be sexy. Why shouldn't they cash in on something that comes naturally to them? I am a fan of each member individually. I don't hold them above all things or think that they are beyond error, but I will support them in whatever they do, as a fan, as someone who appreciates them, because I choose to.

I just watched this video again and I really dont understand that in later interviews Edele used to say how awful her hair was, I think that really suited her

No. No. It wasn't good. It wasn't mind-boggingly awful, but it wasn't good. No suit. Maybe if she were 12... None of them had very good hair. But it wasn't about the hair.
I'm more disturbed when they appear to be apologetic for the over-all thing.

the hair from Cest La Vie was a bit odd,but honestly,in their other videos it was fine,or stylized. It's part of the job. The apologetic crap is annoying...like...you influenced people greatly in the start and you've made your point, you're older now,you don't have to beat that point to death. Sorry... Oh and another note on the hair thing...it was the effing 90's....crazy hair happened. The end.

Perhaps the only thing that might deserve an apology was the look before they wore the denim ;D - I posted a pic in the B*witched Photos thread here (click me) cos I couldn't get it to post here (I'm not very technical I'm afraid)
