Thought I'd start a topic for the album. Its out in April. YAY. Been waiting for this since 2006 when they put Tip It & Diet Coke online =]
We know what kinda direction the album is going to be, electropop, with rock and dance bits.
Any Ms Lynch demos you would like to be featured on the album?
Diet Coke - now retitled to Night Mode, and Halo now retitled Faith In Me are my 2 favs and am glad they're on the album.
Will also be happy if Play Dirty makes the final cut too!
However, I'm not a huge fan of Poppin' In. I know they did that one live many times when they were Ms Lynch so I thinkthat one may be on the album too.

My favorite, I guess, of all the demos I'd heard, was "Walk". Don't know if it's going to be on the album. Don't know if it's going to be retitled. Regardless, I'm anxious to see what is on the album, more so than I'm concerned about what's not.

I woul love play dirty and halo on the album and I think they are but don't quote me on that! But I would rather the rest of the album to be songs that didn't appear on my space, it would suck as a fan if the album contained mostly songs we've already heard. Big is amazing and I hope for more like that.

I think the tracks, specially the earlier ones should be re-mixed or updated to fit the barbarellas music.
Hayley, you said they did Night Mode at G.A.Y. Did it sound similar to the original demo they put up on myspace or have they slightly changed it? i hope its not too different from the original, but wouldn't mind if they have pumped it up abit.

It did sound the same just had a more upbeat tempo and dance beat going through it, like they have done with body rock, couldn't hear the music that clearly though, the music at night clubs aren't brilliant.

Basically if you like a comment you exhalt the person or dislike the comment you smite the person. It doesn't really mean anything it just gives members an idea of what other people think and it's all anonymous.

I think, yes, I would like to hear some new stuff. Some of the songs, though, I never got a chance to hear before they were removed, so it would be like "new" for me. Frankly, they could release an album of belches and farts and I'll be happy. I'd just like to get an album at this point.

With most of those songs they've been out sinec 2006/2007 so we're all used to those versions so anything new will just sound strange until we've gotten use to it.
