I did! With new acts like this it's important for them to have strong early sales(including singles). The better they are, the more hype and the more success

I've not bought it yet but I plan to! For now I'm just making do with the version that came free when I subscribed to the mailing list I'm sort of sad that it's not available in a CD single format though (unless I've missed something?!) I know it's a bit much to ask in this day and age but I like them a lot and they're more special to have in a collection in my opinion.

Yes I prefer CDs too, the reason it isn't available on cd was because they knew not many people had heard of them and they wouldnt sell enough copies to make it financially viable. So unfortunatly this song isn't on cd however the next song and album should be on cd if all goes well, but I have heard they are really gonna try and push the album on cd even if the next single doesn't make it on to one.

That's good news At the end of the day, it's not something that's going to put me off buying it altogether because I can always put it onto CD myself

Its not the same tho, its always nice to have a cd single or album to add to your collection. Budget wise ther wouldn't be any point in putting a first single out on CD if not many people are going to get it. These days most sales are made frm iTunes than physical copies =[

I think it would be interesting to find out how many of us would have paid more for a cd than a download.

CD Singles are definetly dying out. Here in NZ they arn't sold any more, in Australia you can only buy them online, and now in the UK, only the big artists seem to release physical singles.
I think that they should do limited edition singles where fans can buy them off the website. I would've loved to have the body rock single.

That would be a good idea, I think the reason that hasnt happened with Body Rock is money

They have set up their own label haven't they? So I think that must be quite time and money consuming. Maybe once they've finished touring and bought the album out they'll make more money to go ahead with future cd releases?
