as in... the currency? the current exchange rate of euros to dollars is 1:0.677- so, say you've got $100 and you exchange them for euros. now you have almost 68 euros. what else do you need to know? going to europe anytime soon? it's great.

ah... the coins... I'm not quite sure... to lazy to work it out at the moment... but it's basically $1.50 for 1 euro. whenever you exchange your money, they'll take care of that... but a good way to figure it when you're buying stuff is to think of it as twice as much... so you don't want to spend 3 euro on a postcard (you'll probably see that A LOT) because it's almost $6! I hope I'm at least helping a bit... the coins are difficult to figure, because they have 1 euro coins, 2 euro, 20, 10, 5... and it comes out to decimals... for example... if you've got 50 cents... it's like .341 in euros, which obviously is not an actual monetary amount... i suck at math, sorry.

i think it works the same as sterling but i will ask my aunt and let you know how it works. what coins do you have in the us coz i never understood that? and have a note for $1 dont you?

yeah we have a one dollar bill, 5 dollar bill, 10 dollar bill, 20 dollar bill, and fifty
we hace a penny= 1 cent a nickle= 5 cent a dime= 10 cent quator= 25 cents

The coins for the euro are 1 cent 2 cent 5 cent 10 cent 20 cent 50 cent 1 euro then you have the notes 5 euro 10 euro 20 euro 50 eur theres probably a 100 euro note but ive never seen one. we dont really use the word bill for currency, but i got no idea what they say in france,
