Considering where the bikini line is (and for those of you who don't know, the "bikini line" is that little area between your inner thigh and your pelvis, "the line demarcating the visible from the covered part of the lower abdomen"), and where the metal plate-thingy (whatever that's called) she wears sits for the angle grinder, I'd imagine it was somewhere high on her inner thigh or lower abdomen. Of course, I'm just guessing.
And I would like to point out that, to me, she already is "the Dita Von Teese of the fire world".
