When people spray water on children like they're dogs....abusive much?

Annie, my niece had a party for her 5th birthday today. Part of the festivities included a little foray into the swimming pool with her best friend since she was about 1. Her father (my brother-in-law) was also in the pool, and they were spraying each other with these made-for-swimming-pool water shooters. He was shooting his 5-year-old with a water gun. Was that abusive? No. Because she was shooting him right back. It was all in good fun. So, I'm curious... What exactly are you referring to when you say "spray water on children like they're dogs"? You mean, like, with a spray bottle?
There's this cashier at Kroger, who apparently lives in or near our neighborhood. Talks with an odd...-I don't know what you would call it. A lisp? No. It's like she "sucks" back her S's... Anyway, I find her insufferable, and always try to avoid her. She's just so...friendly. But, like, the annoying kind of "friendly". The "let-me-invade-your-personal-space-and-bother-you-while-you're-shopping" friendly. I'm sure she's a nice person. I...just don't like her. I try not to talk to her. She annoys me. And my mother doesn't understand why, whenever that lady speaks to me, I barely mutter a response back. Because I. don't. want. to. talk to her.
And I'm not going to pretend as if I like someone when I don't. If that makes me seem rude, fine. I'm rude. At least I'm not fake.

There's this chick on Tumblr. I like her for the most part. I mean, I have no reason to stop following her. I agree with a lot of what she says; she's atheist, for woman's rights, etc. But there are times when I think she tends to get a bit too sensitive over something. It's like, something that is clearly satire, and stated as such, and she still gets overly offended by it. Try to recognize a joke, sweetie. She's annoying me today. I get a tad irritated with the so-called Tumblr Social Justice Warriors sometimes.

You mean, like, with a spray bottle? It wasn't fun and games in the situation I was referring to. They spray their kids in the face with water to discipline them. It's a hot mess of a situation.
