On Facebook, theres this girl forever talks about her boyfriend in her statues! And shes been doing that ever since December 2007. Her statues go something like this "Brittany is studying for her midterm. I love you Jeffery! " No matter what she updates her statues on, she always has to mention her boyfriend. Other girls in relationships I know dont even do that...hell, I didnt even do that. And quite frankly, shes being a pain in the butt[/rant] So, people...what are your annoyances? A pain in I disagree? A** would be a better censor.

Drivers who use front fog lights in clear visibility.
People who whistle or yelp at concerts/sporting events (I have tinnitus in my left ear).

One of my new annoyances is my nephew and niece's stepdad and mother...they're either badmouthing or beating on those kids

Arrogance...I hate arrogance...oh...and being treated like an emotional wasteland for people who don't have real problems and enjoy keeping me up all hours of the night with their mindless droning on the "he says she says" bullnuts...christ...let me sleep! People who get by and become successful through laziness...I don't know how they do it...but for real...if I'm working my ever loving morbid sister self off the last thing I want to see is the last minute-constantly late person getting ahead...its a load of crap...whatever
I love ranting...

Oh, I have a list too but- Mainly?
My brother. Sorry, but I have to say... he's 13 and is a REALLY COOL teenage guy now... I mean he is a BAMF. Just awesome.
He's a horrible person but he gets what he wants because nothing I do is good enough for my dad and my brother doesn't do s__t and he's the golden boy. It confuses me because I don't know if it's because he's my dad's biological child and I'm not... or if it's simply because he's a boy. I'd like to think that my parents would be impartial, but evidence makes it seem quite the contrary.
Oh, and my much-older-and-supposedly-wiser 19 year old classmates who refuse to grow up and stop throwing things at me and making fun of people. I'm two years younger than these people and think they're outrageously immature. I'm leaving, because I fear for the future of this country at the hands of America's soon-to-be workforce. GROW UP.

All I can say, Kathryn, is try to stretch your dollar as far as you can. Don't buy frivolous things that you really don't need. I've got bills to pay and have to keep a minimum of $200 in my checking account, so my spending is very limited.
But, yes, having no money sucks.

I've got bills to pay and have to keep a minimum of $200 in my checking account, so my spending is very limited. But, yes, having no money sucks. Well said Erin. This may help: 1. set up a spreadsheet (even if you can't afford Excel, there are free alternatives such as Openoffice). 2. Write down your monthly income in column C. 3. In columns A and B list your essential expenditure (e.g. column A says rent, column B contains the figure for the rent). 4. At the bottom of the list of essential expenses, do a total in column C. 5. Subtract this number from the cell containing your monthly income. What is left is what you have to live on for the month. Be strict with yourself - decide how much per week you can spend on non-essential items and keep to it. Try to spend less than your monthly income; that way you will have money to carry over for emergencies. What I have described is called by the Motley Fool (of which more shortly) "Living below your means" (I always thought it was living within your means, but TMF uses below). A recent thread on the message board stated that you must not forget the "living" part of that phrase. If you do particularly well one month, reward yourself with an expensive treat (provided it isn't so expensive it undoes all the good work). Final bit of advice: visit www.fool.com/ where you will find all sorts of financial advice and message boards where people can give advice to each other. I visit the British fool board every day. In case anyone wants to have a look at it, I use the name mark430, so look out for me.

If you don't need that new DVD, don't buy it. Save the money.

Here's a crazy idea. Stop spending so much money on lottery tickets.
