I am totally addicted to this game. It's fun making Sims of people you don't like and make them live poorly and make them pee on themselves.
It's also fun making Sims of people you like and you live in this great house with expensive things.
Do any of you play? Who do you base your Sims on?

Hahaha....I make them drown too, or I make them grill in the house with out the smoke alarm. I have one of David Archuleta. I made him gay and I'm making him fail school. Living with him are two girls I know online who are obsessed with him.
On my old game, I made B*Witched Sims and well...two certain members....became a couple. (If you read Shadow Walker, you would know)

OMG I have the BEST cheat code ever. It does everything with a "SHIFT+click". you guys probably already have it. I dunno, am I allowed to post it on here? I actually haven't killed many of my sims. A few times, I've made sim versions of teachers who are really mean and make awful things happen to them... but most of the time I create the ideal family and they have normal lives... the money is the only thing that ranges... some of them live in trailer-type homes, others live in mansions... A couple years ago, I created Lindsay and Lee... and they had 3 kids and 2 cats. But I haven't played the Sims in forever. In middle school, it was all I ever did...

I haven't played it in a little while - the last time I did, I made Mushroom kingdom Sims - ie Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach...
I keep trying to base my Sims on a story I created called On The Road, but the characters never really look the part, or end up the incorrect star sign...

hmm... that tends to be a problem when you're trying to create specific sims. the cheat is "Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" ^^exactly as is... capital B, space, no spaces, lowercase... you get it. after typing that and pressing enter, you hold shift and click on the mailbox or a selected sim, and you can do loads of stuff. You can pretty much click any item too. It generally doesn't have any problems, but some of the stuff isn't useful because it doesn't do anything noticeable... save first just in case. here's a bit of fun... hold shift and click on your sim, then click the "Spawn..." and click "Sim Modder". a weird item comes up... it's a baby standing up (don't worry it's not a sim, just like a piece of furniture); click it, and you can max all your sims' skills, relationships, motives, etc. anything you want I don't know exactly how it happens, but sometimes after using the sim modder there's a (good) glitch that lets me drag relationship and mood bars up or down... so say you want your sim to keep doing homework... but their 'bladder' motive is low... you can drag it up, and they're uninterrupted. so check for that every now and then too.

AT first, I didnt want to use that because I was afraid it would eff up my game, now I use it all the time. I change their Aspiration sometimes. Theres even a Grilled Cheese one. (Where they eat, sleep and talk about nothing but grilled cheese)

Haha! I know... I did that on an NPC once, but I don't usually do that one. That's just a bit weird.

Have any of you used hacks for your game so they have better clothes and such? I started doing that but I have a bad graphics card so I cant do that all the time. I also use InTeenminator to make Teen Sims pregnant.
The Sims 3 is coming out soon and it looks SWEET! The graphics and the details are awesome.

oh yeah! I saw that! it looks great! I don't play games much anymore though, I might not get around to it I have actually never heard of hacks either... the InTeenminator sounds funny! I always wondered why the sims isn't more realistic (you know, pregnant teens and such) You could argue that young kids play it as well, but there's already "WooHoo" so it's not like it'd be anything new to the game (and 8 year olds these days know more than I did when I was 11 or 12!) and I don't know why it bothers me, but with the regular clothes, the guys "wear" their pants too high... I could never really create "cool" sims. (mind you, the computer my game is on doesn't have internet connection, so no downloads)

Allie, can't wait for Sims 3! Eee...
Sydney (right?), some of the expansions have lower pants... not, like, way down to the knees, but like "hipster" stuff.... No internet required.
