Actually, have you ever seen "Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story"? Meg gets a sex change operation after college and goes by the name "Ron". Yes - my son got it for Christmas. We both enjoyed it. I remembered another cartoon today. It was a British cartoon and I don't know if it was shown anywhere else. It was called Stressed Eric. As you may have guessed, the main character was called Eric and was constantly stressed about something. He had a vein in his forehead that bulged every time he was stressed. Every episode ended with the vein bulging so much that it wrapped itself round his neck and throttled him. I read on the internet that it was cancelled after one series because cartoons usually have upbeat endings, and the main character being throttled is definitely not upbeat! One episope I particularly enjoyed was when Eric was desperate to go to the toilet. Every time he got the chance he would stand there, time running out, and try as he might nothing would come. All you males out there - don't pretend it's never happened to you. That episode had a classic line when Eric was sitting in a meeting: "Hurry up and have a break. I've got a bladder the size of Norway".

Sounds like something they would show on Adult Swim...
