so its 3.16 am, i should really go to bed now but im not really tired. anybody have any suggestions about making myself fall asleep? counting sheep doesnt really work for me, i get to about 350 and then get so bored i just start watching the clock tick!

thats actually what i did in the end, i put my ipod and i soon fell asleep after listening to halo for about the 10th time!

i have software that records music from the web it also records videos off you tube.

ive done that before, but i usually fall asleep before i saved it and then my parents come and turn it off!
