I read in the paper today that there is going to be a boyzone reunion tour, and a album and stuff like that, what do you guys think of boyzone?
Personally i think they are 10 time better than take that, but im really into westlife at the moment.

I have heard Ronan Keating sing solo, and I thought he sounded like he had something stuck in his throat. And I've heard Shane Lynch, due to his Myspace page.

I heard the song "No Matter What" or whatever when I was younger...and a couple other songs but I didn't like them...then my friend found out that Shane is Keavy and Edele's brother and we were quiet for a really long time...then for some reason we started laughing...
We had only seen him once on the video and he didn't look too good...so i guess that was why and also...we were like...12....
I guess they're ok...I could never get into them though...

not many english/ irish bands make it america, but im not really that surprised with the rubbish we have over here at the moment. boyzone were massive over here back in the day though. have you guys in the USA heard of take that and westlife?

I've heard of them, yes. Take That had...one hit over here, 'Back For Good'. Westlife had a song, as well, but I didn't much care for it. I can't even remember what it was called.
Name two things Boyzone and Westlife have in common, besides being Irish (and being involved in some way with Ronan Keating).

thanks kat i forgot about that.
boyzone and westlife are both louis walsh's bands and with them both being irish their sound is very similar, and there all just nice, goodlooking, friendly guys. you never seem to get any pics of them falling out of night clubs at 3 in the morning like you do with a lot of other boy bands.
did you see shane on love island safarigurl? i thought he was great, but i did feel a little sorry for sophie anderson!
