lol white music. Reminds me of a line from Chris Rock's "I Think I Love My Wife" which I can't repeat. But it was funny.
I probably still know all the words to the stuff I used to listen to. But I never got WAAAY into it. I just liked B*Witched, the Spice Girls, N*SYNC and Britney. By the time Westlife came along in America (around 2001 I think) I was done with pop music. From that point I didn't listen to any music at all until 2003.

Paul Tuck sent me a copy of Hello magazine with Girls Aloud on the cover. There was an article on Jo O'Meara from S Club 7. I kept looking at the picture and the name, thinking they were familiar. Then I read the article and it mentioned S Club 7, and I was like, "OH! That chic!" She had brown hair. And a baby. I never listened to S Club 7, but I do remember laughing at their show a few times. No idea was the heck "S Club" means... Anyway, I just brought it up because we're talking about old bands.

How time flies. All the Spice Girls have babies (except Sporty). Edele's baby will be a year old in about 10 days. Sinead will drop hers in a few months...pretty soon we'll hear of Keavy's and Lindsay's pregnancies.....
Sunrise....sunset....sunrise....sunset...

I remember the shows & the movie... I also own Spiceworld. Or maybe my sister does... I'm a bit sad there.

I loved Spice World. But... I was maybe 5 or 6 when it came out. (Actually I watched it with my little sister a couple years ago and still liked it. so there.) It got terrible reviews, but that never stopped any of us did it!?

I still have the VHS, hahaha. I wanted to be British after I saw it....still do.
We're the Spice Girls, yes indeed. Just girl power is all we need. We know how we got this far. Strenth and courage and a Wonderbra!

I have some of it on my iPod. It's funny, because I don't like N*Sync or Britney anymore, but I still love the Spice Girls and B*Witched...
And btw, Mel C has great solo tunes. I've got like 3 albums.

I never liked NSync or Britney. I like Britney's stuff now, as opposed to pre "crazy, shave-her-head Britney". Some of NSync's songs were catchy, buy not enough to make me want to buy an album.

haha Britney's decent... I really like "Circus" tbh if that IS what it's called. don't like Womanizer or any of that though...
I was very limited as far as music when I was a kid. Not that I wasn't allowed to listen but I didn't really know what I liked. I remember a lot of stuff from the early 90's that I would hear on the radio in my mom's car. Thus, I like The Cranberries, The Cardigans, Sheryl Crow, Hootie & the Blowfish, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tracy Chapman etc... because it reminds me of my early days.
