I've experienced that with a few people...whom I won't mention. It can be annoying, especially if you would really like the question answered.
It can be any number of reasons, for example...
1. They did not read the question.
2. They don't have an answer, or they don't have an answer yet (such as they were caught off-guard).
3. They considered the question irrelevant.
4. They don't like you and secretly laugh at how stupid you really are.
5. They "no speak-a de eenglesh".
6. The e-mail was really long and lots of words hurt their brains.
7. They were going to answer the question, but then 12 guys made a naked man-pyramid and they wanted to take pictures.
8. They didn't understand the question.
9. They didn't have time to answer the question, and they mean to get to it later, but then they forget.
10. They really didn't give enough of a sh*t to answer the question.
Regardless of the reason, don't take it too personally. Unless it's reason number 4.

Hahaha! Love that list.
She kind of flirted with me today, calling me her sexy gal, but I still wish she could just leave that train wreck of a relationship and butthole of a boyfriend. I think my mom being super religious and our distance might play a key.

My mom finally kicked my older bro out! WHOO! And I feel awesome about it...I now know that I don't have to keep my bedroom door unlocked then again, my parents still like to barge in without knocking and it drives me insane...and there are signs on my door that say to knock...

Kathryn, who owns that house? You or your parents?. I'm guessing if you brought your concerns up with them, they would "inform" you in no uncertain terms that the house belongs to them, therefore all the rooms technically belong to them, therefore they can go wherever they please, whenever they please.
And they don't have to knock. And they would be right, in their minds. If your parents have the right to kick your brother out, they have the right to go into your room.
However, if you tell them that sometimes you would like a little privacy-you are a grown woman with grown woman body parts after all-and explain why, they might let up. I once told my mother I didn't want her to just come in my room unannounced because I might one day be doing something I wouldn't want her to see. She got the hint. Now she just calls upstairs after me. Which is annoying. If I'm upstairs, leave me the f**k alone!
However, I'm almost 30, with a job and I contribute to the payments. It's a bit different.

Lucky for me,my parents aren't fit enough to get to my room,I'm all the way up on our third floor,though if they did randomly come in,its not like I have a lock and I don't pay rent or anything(since I'm still in school)...so it wouldn't be too bad...but then...I'm never really home anyway.

I think as long as some parents don't feel the need to come in, you're good. Some of them, though, can be suspicious of every little behavior. Even if you just spend more time in there than they think you should. It was years-when I was young-before my mother would even let me close the door. Of course, I still live with her now because I have to, and I don't have a door. I have a curtain.

That's a hard thing to handle,and online makes it weird because if its anything bad then you're just hiding behind a computer and they might think you're being a punk anyway.
If thats the only way to do it though be up front but not negative about it(like,don't curse them out and stuff) approach the situation maturely and it should go fine.
Then again...who are you confronting and about what?

There are a few people I wish I could confront about some things. Nothing negative. Just stuff that's always bugged me, stuff I want an answer or explanation for. Or just stuff I really want to get off my chest. But given the circumstances, it's best not to. I really think it depends. "Say what you need to say", maybe. But at the risk of losing friends/potential friends, I'm not so sure.

I want to be honest with the crush on how she made me feel when she started dating him again. She already knows I'm jealous and heartbroken about it (still funny how she never replied when I told her that) but I'm just too chicken. I see her on Facebook chat and want to start a convo about it but I freeze.

Honestly,if she knows you're jealous and heartbroken,why hurt yourself more by bringing it up again? Crushes come and go and you really should move on from it. If she hasn't responded before honestly,what makes you think she will now? or any other time?
You can find someone else,it may take time,but it's better than waiting around for this chick. She's not worth it.

I just find it weird how she had a crush on me and was in love with me a couple of months after we met and how so serious she was about it and how bad she wanted to date me, so when I developed those same feelings...
I'll never make 1000 posts. I remember back on the ekoostik boards, me, you, Erin, Meli and a couple of other had like 10,000 posts.
The CMA's are tonight, mostly watching to see Sugarland perform but I will flip my smit if Taylor Swift wins. That girl annoys me with her songs that sound the same.
